Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Space Coast Coins and Crafts, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit coinsandcrafts.com (the “Site”), make a purchase, create an account, submit a coin for grading, or contact us. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, or submit a coin for grading, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, the details of your order or submission, and any messages you send us.

Payment information. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only limited confirmation details (such as the card’s last four digits, card type, and authorization result) needed to manage your order.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and grading submissions;
  • To create and maintain your account and show your order and submission history;
  • To respond to quotes, questions, and support requests;
  • To calculate applicable sales tax and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse;
  • To improve the Site and our products and services;
  • To send transactional messages, and — only where permitted or with your consent — occasional updates or promotions, which you can opt out of at any time.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with: our payment processor (Stripe) to process payments; shipping carriers to deliver orders; third-party grading services when you ask us to submit a coin on your behalf; our website host and service providers who operate the Site under confidentiality obligations; and government authorities, or other parties, when required by law or to protect our legal rights. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

4. Analytics and advertising

We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand how the Site is used. We also use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure and, where applicable, tailor advertising related to our Facebook page. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data as described in Section 5. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies that are necessary for the Site and shopping cart to function, as well as cookies that help us with analytics and advertising measurement. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site, including checkout, from working properly.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a payment processor that handles card data under industry (PCI-DSS) standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may review and update your account information by signing in, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or, for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the GDPR; we will honor applicable rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our Facebook page and grading services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
