Last updated: August 11, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coinsandcrafts.com (the “Site”) and any purchase, sale, grading submission, or other transaction with Space Coast Coins and Crafts, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or transacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Space Coast Coins and Crafts, LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating from Renninger’s Flea Market, Booths AE15–AE17, located at I-95 Exit 183, Melbourne, Florida. We sell bullion, numismatic coins, constitutional (90%) silver, paper money, handmade crafts and jewelry, and custom laser-engraved items, and we assist customers with third-party coin grading submissions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us or create an account. By transacting with us you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts
Some features — order history and grading-submission tracking — require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
4. Product listings, pricing, and precious-metal spot prices
We work to describe and photograph items accurately, but we do not warrant that listings, descriptions, grades, or images are error-free. Coin grades assigned by third-party grading services reflect that service’s opinion, not a guarantee of condition or value.
Precious-metal products are priced in relation to live or recent market (“spot”) prices, which change constantly. Any spot price or metal chart shown on the Site is indicative only, may be delayed, and is not an offer to buy or sell at that price. The price for bullion is confirmed at the time your order is finalized. If an item is mispriced due to a typographical, data-feed, or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
5. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we accept and process payment. Online payments are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number on our servers. By paying, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any applicable tax and shipping.
6. Sales tax
We collect Florida sales tax where required by law. Certain investment-grade bullion and legal-tender coins may be exempt under Florida statute, while numismatic collectibles, jewelry, crafts, and engraved items are generally taxable. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the item category and applicable law at the time of sale. Tax treatment can change, and the categorization of a given item is our good-faith determination, not tax advice to you.
7. Shipping, risk of loss, and in-person pickup
We ship within the United States unless otherwise agreed. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, except where we expressly agree in writing to insure a shipment to its destination. Orders marked for in-person pickup may be collected at our booth during market hours; valid identification matching the order may be required.
8. Returns and refunds
Because the value of bullion and precious-metal products fluctuates with the market, bullion and spot-priced items are generally sold as final and are not returnable. Certified (slabbed) numismatic coins and other collectibles may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unopened, in the same condition and holder in which they were sent, and accompanied by proof of purchase; return shipping is your responsibility, and a market-loss adjustment may apply to any precious-metal content. Custom laser-engraved and made-to-order items are not returnable. Handmade crafts and jewelry may be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged. To start a return, contact us before shipping anything back.
9. Grading submissions
We may prepare, package, and forward coins to third-party grading services on your behalf and provide status updates through your account. In doing so we act as a facilitator; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the grade assigned, the turnaround time, the fees charged, or the policies of the grading service. Grading involves inherent risks including loss or damage in transit. We are not liable for any decline in a coin’s value resulting from the grade assigned. Grading and third-party service fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable once a submission has been sent, except as required by law.
10. Requests for quotes and selling to us
A quote or estimate we provide — whether online, by message, or in person — is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer, and is subject to inspection of the actual items and current market conditions. We may decline any purchase. Any offer we make to buy from you is valid only for the period stated and only for the specific items presented.
11. Intellectual property
The Site’s original content, logos, and the Space Coast Coins and Crafts, LLC name and seal are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used without our written consent. Educational reference material on the Site — including our CoinWiki — is provided for personal, non-commercial learning. Where we reference third-party datasets (for example, the American Numismatic Society’s Online Coins of the Roman Empire) or public-domain sources (such as U.S. Mint reports), those materials remain governed by their own licenses.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and its content, including all numismatic, historical, and market information, are provided “as is” for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and precious metals and collectibles carry risk, including loss of value. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost value, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits any right you may have to pursue a claim in small-claims court.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or continued transactions with us after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
